If you are in the market to purchase a home in and around the San Antonio area I highly suggest working with Anthony Sharp from Sharp Realty Group.

He worked with me knowing I had specific requirements for my new home. In total we viewed over 30 houses before we nailed it down to the final two, and eventually the home I closed on. Throughout the entire process both Anthony and his team were very thorough and prompt to respond to all questions I had regarding each property, this included on weekends. Anthony was hands down the best realtor we’ve worked with, and after buying multiple homes and working with four different realtors over the years, that says a lot.

From the beginning, Anthony’s attentiveness, communication, and dedication were exceptional. He genuinely made us feel like we were a priority throughout the entire process and was always available when we had questions or needed guidance.

What impressed us most was how hard he worked when we ran into issues with our VA appraisal. Anthony went above and beyond, diligently working through the process, gathering what was needed, and advocating on our behalf to help get the appraisal readjusted. When my family and I started looking for our first home, I was in the middle of a deployment. Trying to buy a house from thousands of miles away felt overwhelming, especially knowing I would be coming straight off deployment and moving to an area I knew almost nothing about.

That's when we met Anthony Sharp.

From the very beginning, Anthony was flexible, patient, and always willing to work around the challenges that came with my situation. No matter where I was or what time zone I happened to be in, he always made himself available and kept us informed. His communication was one of the things that stood out most to me. He was honest, transparent, and never made us feel like we were just another client.
